Arches Aquarelle. Sodium carbonate (washing soda, 1tsp / 1.5L) bleach until blue gone then 4% tannic acid for 3-ish minutes until toning is just dark enough. Ended up being too dark still. Will try to bleach a bit with Sodium Carbonate to lighten the image up a tad.
